Swimmers must register with Dipika (Fundraising Coordinator) to ensure they get credit for their efforts. Please RSVP by May 7th so that we can get headcount for meals. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate them on the RSVP page, we always try our best to accommodate everyone. |

Please use this declaration form to declare the intent of your swimmer(s) to return to the Piranhas for the 2024 swim season. If you are returning please declare your swimmer as available for this meet. If your swimmer has siblings that have not swam with the Piranhas, but would like to, please use the coaches notes to let us know their name, age and gender. Casino

The Piranhas get a the opportunity to do a casino once every 3 years. This is a huge fundraiser for our club and provides a substantial portion of our revenue every year, helping keep the swim fees lower. Every shift that a family works for the casino will be offered a credit towards their swimmers fees in the 2024 season. By AGLC regulations we are able to offer 10% of our total casino earnings as credits back to the families that volunteer. The final credit amount that will be provided per shift will be calculated once our club receives the gaming revenue in Q1, 2024. Every family can sign up for one shift to start. If there are remaining shifts available families who have multiple children will be given priority for taking on second shifts. If there are shifts remaining after that anyone will be given the opportunity to fill the last slots. Please note that evening and countroom positions go until 3:30AM. The website doesn't allow me to put the correct end time. All positions (other than countroom staff and chip runners) must fill out the worker application form.
